We are a fast growing company from Sweden currently selling on Amazon in more than 7 different countries and are about to approach even more market places, as well as we are expanding our product assortment.
To be able to continue exceeding the expectations of our customers and become a world leading company in our branch we are looking for you as a professional Customer Care Support/Social media brand ambassador.
We have a full-time position for a social media brand ambassador/ Customer care support.
We are looking for someone that want to be part of our team, why we need you to be able to work during European GMT+2 hour.
You will be the first person in contact with our customers and you will be the first person in Belgrad (Vladimira Petkovića) to help us set up a back office for our business. With growing our business your position will grow with it.

We are looking for a long term reliable mindset with the attitude to get things done. You are able to focus on the big picture and are willing to dive deep into the details when it’s appropriate. In addition to this, you have a strategic mindset and have a strong drive and capability to deliver according to deadline with high quality and a strive to always improve and reach A+ standards.

You will be the first person in contact with our customers and you will be the first person in Belgrad (Vladimira Petkovića) to help us set up a back office for our business. With growing our business your position will grow with it.
Required Qualification
– Positive mindset with the will to get things done
– Proven track record of customer support
– Fluent English / additional languages (for example German, Japanese, French) are a plus
